Basic calling features
call hold: lets you manually place a call on hold so the incoming caller cannot hear your conversation
call return: lets you access the time and telephone number of the last received call; also lets you place a call back to the calling party
call transfer: lets you relocate an existing call to another user by using the transfer button and dialing the required location
call waiting: lets you know when someone else is calling when you are already on a call
caller ID: lets you see who is calling before answering the phone
call recording: lets you record a conversation
do not disturb: lets you direct callers straight to voicemail when you don't want to be disturbed
three way calling: lets you add a second outgoing call to a call already in progress
Advanced calling features
simultaneous ring (a.k.a. call groups): allows multiple phones to ring when a single number is called
sequential ring (a.k.a. find me, follow me): allows you to define up to 5 numbers that will ring in sequence for a specified number of rings
